Sleek Face Contour Kit in Medium Review and FOTD

So today I'll be reviewing Sleek's Face Contour Kit in the shade Medium.

Its no secret that Sleek is one of my favorite brand and their products have never disappointed me yet! The same goes for this Face Contour Kit as well! I have always been quite chubby since my childhood days, infact till this day my mom raves about how soft and cushy I was when born just like a cotton! Though I love being chubby but it does not look so flattering when you are in your late twenties! Not so cute!

Thank god for contouring techniques which help in giving me an illusion of well defined cheeks without having  them! I really admire Malaika Arora Khan's well contoured face with high cheekbones! Though I cannot get the same effect without under going plastic surgery but I can definitely get a more defined and structured look all thanks to my Sleek's Face Contour Kit!

Sleek's Face Contour Kit comes in three shades - Light, Medium and Dark! It comes in black box packaging with description and direction of application printed on the box. The kit contains two powders - a matte brown contour shade and a shimmery highlighter.

The shade I have is in Medium and I believe is perfect for our indian skin tones. Though if you are extremely pale or pink Light Kit would be a better choice for you.

The packaging is sleek and sturdy as with all Sleek products :) It comes with a huge mirror which is definitely a plus and makes it easier for touch ups! It also comes with a detailed leaflet explaining the contouring and highlighting aspects of the face. This can be very handy for beginners.

The contour shade is medium brown and completely matte which I love! The powder is perfect for contouring cheekbones, side of the nose and jawline! Its highly pigmented shade so one must be careful while using it or else it might turn muddy! The shade is medium brown and does not have obvious red or orange undertones so it does not look muddy at all and gives nice warmth to the face. I love to use this powder to sculpt my cheeks and give them a nice contoured look!

The highlight powder is gorgeous shimmery peachy gold in color and looks lovely when used on top of the cheekbones, bridge of the nose or under the browbone! I have used it for all three and it looks just as pretty! I have even used this highlight in the inner corners of my eyes and it looks stunning! Its extremely extremely pigmented so always use a light hand when using this highlight! 

The staying power is good, on my face both the contour and highlight stays for 6 to 7 hours which is fine by me. The highlight powder does not contain chunky glitter but rather has satiny smooth texture and blends like a dream! It does not accentuate pores or imperfections as you can see in my FOTD below.

Sleek has come out with a winner with these Face Contour Kits! Both the shades compliment each other really well and I feel they are perfect for anyone who is a beginner and wants to venture into contouring since you would get a perfect matte warm brown shade for contouring and a gorgeous peachy golden shade for highlighting!
