Have you heard about "Sparkling Pink Champagne"? That is exactly how Nars describes Oasis Blush! Nars has huge variety of blushes and they are cult favorites but for when I started buying Nars blushes my attention gravitated towards not so famous blushes from Nars and Oasis is definitely one of my earlier purchases.
The packaging is standard for all Nars products. They come in rubberized black packaging which is quite decent the only problem being it attracts lot of dirt, dust and fingerprints.
Nars Oasis looks meh in the pan but its absolutely gorgeous on cheeks! Its dull mauve pink shade with tiny golden flecks! The shade reminds of Blushbaby from MAC and Exposed from Tarte very apt for everyday wear. The texture is soft buttery and blends beautifully on cheeks. Its one of those blushes with which you have to use a light hand due to amazing pigmentation!
The golden flecks do not transfer on the skin but rather blend in nicely to give very pretty glow to your cheeks. It does not accentuate the pores or imperfections in any way which is perfect for oily skin. The shade will suit all skin tones right from very pale to extremely dark. It stays on me for pretty much through out the day with little fading.
This is definitely one of the most underrated blush from Nars and I highly recommend it!

ReplyDeleteSupria I haven't tried Gina but for our yellow skin tone I prefer Mata Hari and Oasis more..do check out in the store once..both are a must have!
